Terms of Use
By using Mihwar, you agree to these terms.
1. The app
Mihwar is a daily wellness and planning app for iOS. It is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. The AI companion
Mihwar's companion and planning features are generated on your device by the Gemma 2 2B language model. They are a wellness aid, not professional advice: the companion is instructed not to issue religious rulings, quote scripture as authority, or give medical, legal, or financial advice, and Mihwar filters its replies to add a scholar disclaimer where scripture is cited. It is a language model running on your device, so treat anything it says as a prompt to think rather than as an authority. For religious questions, consult a qualified scholar; for health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
3. Gemma model terms
As a condition of using Gemma through Mihwar, you must comply with the Gemma Terms of Use. The Gemma Terms govern your access to and use of Gemma in addition to these Mihwar Terms.
The Gemma Terms incorporate the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. You must not use or allow others to use Gemma for any purpose prohibited by the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy or applicable law. You must not copy, modify, or distribute Gemma except as permitted by and in compliance with the Gemma Terms.
Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms
Mihwar includes this Notice in the app bundle and displays it with the model download controls and in How Mihwar Works.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Mihwar offers two paid options:
- Mihwar Pro Annual: auto-renewing subscription at £19.99 per year (or local equivalent). Includes a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
- Mihwar Pro Lifetime: one-time purchase at £49.99 (or local equivalent). Permanent access.
Auto-renewal (annual subscription only)
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each annual period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings at any time after purchase.
Free trial
- The 14-day free trial is available to first-time annual subscribers. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your annual subscription begins and you will be charged £19.99.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a different subscription.
Refunds
- Purchase and subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not Mihwar. Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Mihwar is a personal-use productivity tool. You may not:
- Resell or sublicense the app
- Reverse-engineer the app for purposes beyond personal interoperability
- Use the app to violate applicable laws
6. Privacy
Use of Mihwar is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in app release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
